Morning lovies ,

soooo after speaking to an IO this morning, she confirmed that ap& EADs will now take 5-7 months due to “security reasons” . Patience is the key though although at times it can be so tough . On the bright side ,  all of us are with our loved ones so that’s comforting . Let’s just hope for the best going forth. Congrats to all who have gotten interview dates:)

one love :)

Hey y'all. I finally spoke to T2 abt the user defined error and was told that on march 19th my case was updated to "Ready to be scheduled for interview"  I was a bit disappointed but At least I'm not in the dark anymore. Now I can stop stalking the mail man and stop Looking out for informed delivery updates in the mornings since she made sure  reiterated nothing was mailed out to me yet! So now I'll focus my attention on other things like losing all this weight I gained from sitting at home doing nothing. Have a blessed day y'all

Oh, nice and did the T2 IO give you any estimate about when you may get an interview scheduled or if the error thing will ever disappear? I read somewhere the user-defined error(s) is as a result of high volumes of online status check which results to ones IP addressed being locked out by USCIS for a period of time. I’m not sure about this though. I’m also in the user-defined s**t thing. It really sucks not being able to access one’s case nor get any updates

I don't think that's true, because I can put in the NOA1 receipt numbers for AP and EAD and get results back, it's only the I-485 filing that's triggering the error. If it were an IP address it'd be blocking all of them.

She did not give any estimation just said it's in queue and we know that could take months so not getting my hopes up. She said it was a glitch in the system and that they were working to fix it. But in my opinion its never gonna be fixed. it's been abt month now since I've had the error.

Did u get ur approval ?

I actually end up getting an RFE email :( so annoying!

Are you asking for traffic ticket RFE? Sorry to hear this. But I'm sure once you send in, you will get approved very soon.
