Does the I-94 that shows the admit until date of 7/14/2017 also show that the most recent date of entry to be your entry on 3/14/2018?  Your date should be 6/13/2018.  You may need to contact them about it.

No, it says i last arrived April 16th 2017  but When i look at my travel history it does show 3/14/2018

Yes you are correct, the stamp the officer put in the passport on the day of your arrival. Mine is the same as the printout from their database for i-94 paper online. Jun 09 -> Sep 06. I highly believe it is always 89 days. Based on your case, 14 of Mar -> 11 of June = 89 days. Stamp is correct. i-94 database seem to be data-entry error. You can choose to contact the CBP and update them, they might ask you to send in scan copy of your passport to rectify the issue and correct their i-94. Regardless, June or July,  once it goes expired then you can no longer use it. The most important for having the i-94 record is to prove that you entered the U.S. legally. But if you want to play it safe, yes please try to reachout to the CBP via their website / email or check if there's any hotline number to call, so that you can update them regarding the mismatch of the stamp and CBP database's expiry date for your i-94.

Ok wait, it seems there are two records of your arrival to the U.S.? Have you been to the U.S. last year? It seems your recent arrival should be the one you use, so like what Keith suggested, try to click on the Mar 2018's travel history and see if you can pull out that i-94. Double check on the expiry date to see if it matches your stamp.

Obviously, your April 16 2017 to July 14 2017 = 89 days. That is a much earlier record of your arrival to the U.S. I assume that is during your visit last year? Since it is expired for the 2017 one. You may ignore it, but do print it and bring it to your AOS interview in case you got questions like if you have been to the U.S. before the k1 visa was issued. Whatever application you are to apply such as SSN and Driving License, bring the most recent i-94 record, that would help showing you entered legally and it is not expired yet. Although the stamp on your passport is pretty much enough to tell.

Thanks so much! This makes sense. I've ordered another certified copy from the city hall but who knows if it's gonna get here before my interview. I'm kicking myself in the head for not realizing this sooner. If I don't get it in time, I'll do what you said and bring a photocopy and hope they'll be satisfied with it. They really shouldn't be asking for another certified copy since I've already sent two with my i485/i130 application. Sigh.

Yes i came last year April 16th for 3 weeks. I cant click on any of my travel history. I will just leave it for now and write a side note on my form explaining the correction. Is this I-94 form only needed during my interview?

You need the I-94 for a number of things.  They will not accept you hand writing on it.  Did you by chance change your passport from the last time you entered to this time?  If you input the Travelers Info correctly, it will show you the Most Recent I-94 data and you can print it.  If that is not happening, then you will need to contact the US Customs and Border Protection and find out what is up.  What was your POE?

Ok youre right, i think i will contact them. I haven't changed my passport. Oh! I will print my travel history then. POE Admitted, March 14th 2018. is that what u mean?

POE is Point of Entry, where to you go thru Customs at?  Texas or somewhere else?  When you arrived and they stamped your K1 in the passport with the date.
