Hey guys! Was wondering if anyone knew the answer to this: I am going to USCIS to ask for an Emergency AP and was wondering if I could bring my husband with me? (He is a US Citizen) My lawyer won't be able to come with me so I would really like to have my husband come for support. Would appreciate it if anyone can answer this :)

Received this i-797 approval today. And just got a notification saying that my green card has been mailed today. Super relieved.

Yes, you can.

I know someone that did that very same thing, though they took advantage of the biometrics appointment to do so, and the husband was there. Actually, he being there and being a marine apparently added some extra leverage to the case, but that's a different matter (and maybe just their impression).

My status didn’t change prior to them sending the letter. I got the letter for interview First then 2 days after I received the letter my status online changed to scheduled for interview. Ead and 130 still say case received. Hope this helps

Good to hear so many ppl here got their interview letters! Too bad that my local office is San Francisco and I heard this is one of the worst office and the wait is about 11 month to a year... I am just hoping to get any news on my EAD and AP soon...

As you can see in my signature, I got the email/text with the interview scheduled update this past Sunday (April 8th) and the letter arrived today. The update was dated April 5th, so that would be a week since then.
