Hey all, question to those who've already 'unlocked' the IV fee.

I submitted my DS-261 today, so the statyus for that shows as completed.

Attached is what I see for the IV. (I don't see the AOS at all).

My question: what will this look like when I *can* pay the fee? An extra button or something?

It will say "PAY NOW" in red letters!

So quick & easy to pay the fees this way. Hoping it means a smooth process overall.

We'll see. I don't have a case number yet. And I just hit the 3 weeks since the nvc has received it. How is it going on your end with the new system. Scanning and everything? do they really approve the doc days after you submit them?

Hi everyone!

On November 29th 2017 I had my I-140 approved by USCIS.

Nonetheless, I just called USCIS and I heard from the electronic service that my case was approved on January 8, 2018.

How is that possible? Why did my approval date changed so drastically? Did it ever happened before to any of you?

Thank you very much

Mine had the same...approved on November 15 per the officer....but showed it was approved on the 16 online. I know it is one day difference while in your case it was a week...but systems update on different paces.

My employment letter doesn't State the amount I make it just states when I started working until present and my status is active that's about it..I requested they put income but do to the fact it is hourly I am not salary and I work for a nursing agency I do overtime so there is no way to state an actual income it varies ..Only thing that doesn't change is my hourly rate until after 40 hours then it's time time and a half.

Regardless if you r hourly and not salary. they should be able to put your base salary. I work as an RN in a hospital, I have my base hourly rate, shift differential, overtime etc...they put my base hourly rate that indicate how much I would be making regardless of overtime and differential that can be changed every period.

It can take up to three weeks. it won't be available until they review your ds261. You should call them and see if they can review it over the phone.
