1st SD : Nov 16th

2nd SD: Dec 28th (missing i864 a form )

CC: probably today, but will have to tell my husband to call to check as soon as he finishes working out. He will get his mind blown lol. Cant wait to tell him. But i had to tell you all first because i want you to look forward your approval, knowing that is coming😉😌😄

This entire process has been stressfull, someone told me they forgot to sign their i864 and NVC gave them a checklist but still sent forward their documents to the Embassy anyway. But they made me do my entire form over and have me wait for review again. 

 

But on a positive note I'm getting on a flight tomorrow to spent time with my husband

I find it to be so ridiculous! But they do checklists over the littlest things. I got a checklist too over a w2 form, they asked for more w2 but i only have one, but thankfully they still sent it to the embassy and jist asked to bring w2 to interview.

 

Well at least you get to go see him!! I wish i could go visit but being pregnant has me tied down lol! I hope you have a safe trip and hear good news soon!!

You need a translation, but it does not need to be notarized as long as the translator writes a statement indicating they are competent to make the translation.  Also, avoid staples since they scan everything.

 

As to the tax transcripts, I did not send one.  I simply sent my 2016 tax return and I had no problems.

Thanks. I guess worse case I will do that to not hold it up. I just really hope I can find a copy of the actual i sent. I have the digital version however not with the date I signed it

Hey Vista nd Kubes, I just called and still no luck. The rep I spoke to was going to send my case to her supervisor to see why I don't have a case number yet as it has passed two weeks.  You may want to call and check.

Will call soon, so once connected press 1 and then 7? have you given them your email address? (aside from the ones already on I-130).

Yeah they did that with my case on Tuesday. I’ve been calling every day twice a day since the 8th of Jan. I already called today and the rep said It’s already getting taken care of. I should definitely have it by tomorrow , the last day of the week. But we’ll see. I never thought we’d have delays getting a effing case number. But let’s have faith this madness ends soon.

I press 1 then 5 since I have a pivot case. And no I didn’t give them our emails. They said I couldn’t since the case is not in the system yet. But I guess they’ll have it from the I130. Wish us all the best of luck.
