Hey everyone I have two questions.

I received my wife's criminal extract and it's in Czech as expected. Do I need the translation notarized and stapled withe the original or a normal translation is fine?

how long has it taken to get the tax transcript for others? It was mailed on the 28th of December according to the IRS rep and it is the only document I am missing :(

Thanks in advance

Hi, i've checked my case status today, and found it changed to this "Please follow the instructions you received from the National Visa Center (NVC) that list the six steps you must take before NVC can schedule your visa interview appointment. This includes submitting to NVC various fees, forms and documents. Once NVC has received all the required items, they will let you know if anything is missing or incomplete." The line with the AOS has desappeared, does that means i have a CC? if this is the case, how long does it takes for NVC to give an interview date? I'm going crazy here!!

We are all going crazy lol 😂 😓

We received an email saying they didn't receive our ds260 and they need that to start the review. But I called and the lady said to disregard that email. I pray this is great news that they have started on our case

Expand

Hi, we received the same email last night. Just called and the rep gave me the same answer, ignore that email. Apparently it was an automatic email from their system.

I hope we hear good news soon.

For the remaining December SD folks you will get your cc between now and Monday, speak it into existence.

Don't be like me I kept saying and thinking I would get a checklist and i did cause I spoke it and the checklist wasn't even for what I thought I would get it for instead I got it for something as stupid as not putting the date on the i864.

Expand

Wow, seriously, 😨 for that nonsense, you had a checklist oh my god ... anyway, thank you so much for the advice, I wish you all the best, a CC soon to all! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

My CC on January 22, 2018. Today in transit to the embassy. Jan 24, 2018. It was expedited. Does anyone know how long it will take to get into the system and I can make an appointment? Does anyone have the actual number to the Juarez City embassy in mexico to make an appointment. The number on the website will not take you to a live person.
