My NOA2 was for end of October, it didn't change to being sent to the NVC until the end of November, and then the NVC said they got it on Dec 6th but didn't give us the fee invoices (for AOS and the online IV form) by email until  about Dec. 12. It therefore effectively was 1.5 months from NOA2 to the next time I could push the case along. when i called them before dec. 6th, the NVC said they didn't have a record of our case. by dec. 6th the nvc did have a record because it was finally to them.

Okay, I can see that happening. It's just awful that even after the USCIS stage things like this keep happening. Thank you for giving me some peace of mind.

JUST CHECKED CEAC AND IT SAYS AT NVC!!!!  MY HUSBAND JUST CALLED AND ITS CONFIRMED!! WE HAVE A CASE COMPLETE!!!!!   SCAN DATE NOV. 28!

My case also got expedited 2 weeks ago through US embassy Islamabad, now my case got completed from NVC and hopefully it will be in Islamabad embassy next week. Yesterday I scheduled my interview online for February 6, online there is NVC expedite interview appointment schedule option, I am not sure if I did the correct thing.

Hello guys, I just called NVC .. after speaking with the rep, she asked if I submitted my DS261 and got a confirmation, I said yes and she replied that she'll have it sent to the supervisor review to check and that was all ..could someone explain what this means? And hope it doesn't mean I get a new scan date ? My scan date is Dec 29.. I'm so depressed, please I need answers

So we called the embassy and they said we couldn't schedule an interview until they had reviewed the file, if i were you i would call because apparently we are supposed to get an email or call from embassy saying we can now go do medical and schedule our interview.

Do you mean DS260? Lots of people have been having this happened. It happened to me. There’s a glitch in their system where it’s not showing the DS260 as completed and they have to send it to a supervisor to fix it. It shouldn’t affect your scan date. Mine was 12/7 and I got CC 6 weeks exactly from it.

Did you check CEAC website to see if your status change? if it says AT NVC and your AOS payment is missing then you have a CC

01/03/18 -  IV fee status change to paid in website and DS-260 open, DS-260 submitted, AOS & IV Package mailed

01/05/18 - AOS & IV package received by NVC

01/09/18 - Scan date 

01/13/18 - Case Completed. Called NVC on 1/16/18 to confirm

01/30/18 - Called NVC to find Interview is schedule for 3/15/18

02/1/18 - Received Email from NVC for interview letter PK4 dated 01/31/18

02/6/18 - Left from NVC (called on 02/07 to confirm and status changed on 2/7/18 to "In Transit")

02/8/18 - Reached at Mumbai Embassy (status changed on 2/8/18 from "In Transit" to "Ready")

03/9/18 - Medical at 8:30 at Mumbai Done

03/12/18 - Biometrics at 9:30 at Mumbai Done

03/15/18- Interview- Approved

03/19/18- Passport and Visa arrived at Blue Dart Trivandrum pickup location

03/21/18-Passport and Visa picked up

03/23/18- The USCIS Immigrant fee ($220) paid

04/26/18-POE at Chicago :) 

5/7/18-SS Card received

5/18/18-GC status on USCIS website change to Card is being produced

5/29/18- Green Card Received

02/18/2020- Sent the ROC form and other documents to Phoenix AZ

02/21/2020 - Received ROC at Phoenix AZ

02/27/2020 - Check cashed and received text with receipt # MSC

03/02/2020 - Received NOA1 I-797 in mail dated 02/26/2020

03/14/2020 - Biometrics letter received in mail, notice date 03/06/2020 appointment 03/26/2020, Got cancelled because of Covid19 Closure

11/20/2020 - Received new Biometrics letter for 12/08/2020 appointment Done

12/09/2020 -  Status change to Case is Ready to be Scheduled for An interview

09/09/2021 - Status change to Interview was Scheduled

Thank You 🙏🏻.. Maybe she probably said Ds260 but I heard Ds261 coz my mind was not settled about the news. Please, how long did your case spend from going to a supervisor to cc ?

And when next do you think I should call to check on it ?

I check CEAC website and it still saying Submitted Document which I did on 12/06/17 and AOS payment is still at paid, nothing changed so far.

You might want to wait for the second email with the IV fee invoices which will contain the cover sheet with the documents you need to send.

 I guess around 2 weeks. They said it was fixed on 1/5 and I got CC 1/18.
