Congratulations! As long you have applied under IR-1/CR-1 visa you don't need to worry about the priority date.

i put in my calendar that today is the day i will get my CC and i prayed about it. I truly thank God for this. I can’t even believe it.

i put in my calendar that today is the day i will get my CC and i prayed about it. I truly thank God for this. I can’t even believe it.

NVC received our case on the 8th too but no Case Number yet. When my husband called them yesterday to ask them about the CN and IIN he asked if they have the email too. they said they couldn't put his email in the system because they don't have a CN yet. We're are really hoping to get it this week.

Phone them and make they have an email address on file for you.

Strange because they told me that my wife's email was on the initial application so she would get a reply by email. Then he asked would I like my email added to the case so I would get a reply also.

 

I guess it depends who answers the phone and who is helpful.

Hello, I'll soon be sending my IV and AOS packets to the NVC. One of the items that I need to send is a transcript for the most recent tax year. I haven't filed 2017 yet. I am not sure what to do in this case. Will it suffice to send the the tax transcript for 2016 and just a copy of the W2 for 2017? Thank you.
