Hey guys my SD was Nov 28th and no CC yet dose anyone in the same date got CC

I have the same SD as yours.. called on Friday and they still hadn't looked at the file yet.. lady said I should hear something this week. 

Hopefully we both hear something good tomorrow or Wednesday!

My SD is Nov 27th. Still waiting .  I know the current time is 6 weeks. but still will try my luck by calling them tomorrow.

I have observed that services such as yours take a long time to assign numbers while Nebraska cases get their NVC numbers assign quickly. It could be their way of making up for the long wait cases take to process at Nebraska. I hope you get your numbers soon.

I believe this to be true because I received my case number fairly quickly and my petition was at the Nebraska Service Center..I have read where people petitions from other service centers have gotten approved early part of November, but still no case number...
