Yes, it's possible if you have the right reasons! 

Isalamabd embassy said they will give earliest interview available but only once NVC finishes up everything in their end. Which is actually a good thing because if the Embassy had taken on the case and we got a checklist it would he harder to communicate with them. 

Hoping NVC finishes up with our case sometime this week.

We going to start seeing December CC from tomorrow. It's not even a month yet from my scan date but I can't just wait. lol

Ok so I called NVC again and the guy was great but it seems there is an issue. They show our documents being received but it’s not showing in their system that we filled out the DS-260 form. I told him that we filled that out before we even mailed the documents. He said it shows on the CEAC website that I log into but not on theirs. He said that’s problem since they won’t review our documents but he said he will send it to a supervisor to have that fixed.

There were some people with the SD of November 30th that got case complete so yes they could be on December tomorrow

That happened to me also about two weeks ago, but when I called yesterday everything was fine, even my documents are already in the revision department, so I think it's a matter of time for it to show up in their system!
