Ours was sent on the 28th Dec so we are waiting for a case number but they tell us that they haven’t received it yet. I don’t get it how come the mail takes so long. I just want to get started with the next steps since we have everything ready to send. Do you guys think doable to wrap things up in April if we don’t get a checklist of course. 

Seems it takes about 2 weeks after they receive it to assign a case number. Bear in mind the holidays could have slowed things down 😀

They finally picked up you have to call many times for it to go threw

I think for Pakistan its around 2 weeks

hi everyone we are trying to call NVC and somehow for the first time the guy on the phone told my husband to press 5 instead of 7. can someone tell me the number again and what keys you press?

Ok so we talked to them and the lady said that they received our case today. they sent it on the 28th Dec. Super happy. and Congratulations to everyone getting their SD and Case complete
