The mail comes first. They updated the online status and sent the email about a week after the mail comes. You've got approved!

thats all that matters. We're gonna start calling NVC on the 20th hopefully,we'll get the case# by then.

➺ 05/11/18 AOS and IV packages sent (EMS from Indonesia)

➺ 05/16/18 IV and AOS package delivered to NVC

➺ 05/23/18 Got CC at NVC!

➺ 05/31/18  Interview date assigned 

➺ 06/29/18 Medical Check (a week later the RS.Premier Bintaro sent the result to US Embassy)

➺ 07/31/18  interview!-- CEAC showed "Issued" a day later

➺ 08/03/18 Visa in hand

➺ 12/16/18 Point of entry: Houston

JUST CHECKED CEAC AND IT SAYS AT NVC!!!!  MY HUSBAND JUST CALLED AND ITS CONFIRMED!! WE HAVE A CASE COMPLETE!!!!!   SCAN DATE NOV. 28!

UPDATE: NVC IS CLOSED TODAY (JAN 4 2018), WILL PROBABLY OPEN TOMORROW (JAN 5 2018) AT 8AM US  TIME (EST) .

Also when i went to my country Visa issued website (Pakistan). it lists $265 fee for the spouse visa. i guess we have to pay that as well. Don't know why they have so many fees. IV, AOS, I 130 and now this.

Hang in there! All the mismatching info between calling versus online really drives me nuts.

I called NVC today to ask for my scan date and the guy has no idea. He said he can see NVC received documents from me on Dec 29th but we don't issue any scan dates. He told me my case will be completed within 11 weeks and that's it. 

When you talk about scan date it means you scan all your civil and financial documents ? I have to mail it to them, which i did it already.

You will see this until you get a Case Complete, CC. When that happens this status will change to "at NVC" which is your indication your case is complete and you should call NVC to confirm.

iv never had a day off in my life due to weather LOL .. maybe i live in sunny california so i wouldnt know about snow n all :unsure:

Thank you! yes i will confirm by calling them tomorrow. So relieved!! Congrats to you as well!!

I guess interview might happen sometime in February.

Thanks. I got the email NOA2 yesterday :) . Based on the timelines I saw for some other people I will start my calls on the 15th to NVC. 

I130 arrived at Nebraska Service Center - March 29, 2017

NOA1 Received April 4th

Verbal confirmation petition was approved December 26th

Approval letter sent by mail on the 26th of December - still not received (live in CZ)

NOA2 Received via email January 4th

NVC received package from USCIS on January 10th (verbally confirmed on the 18th)

Case Number & Invoice # issued on January 25th but given on the 26th.

DS261 submitted on January 29th

AOS fee paid on January 31st

IV fee paid on the 3rd of February - received the email this morning as well with the fee. Money taken out of account on the 6th.

IV fee shown as paid and DS-260 open on the 13th of February. 

DS-260 submitted on the13th February

IV and AOS documents mailed on the 13th February 

Scan Date February 17th. 

CC February 28th :)  

Interviewed scheduled on the 17th of March for April 3rd. 

Interview completed and visa approved on April 3rd.
