I've seen on average its about 3 days later but since they had computer system problems recently it could take longer.

does the status changes on CEAC once interview has been schedules ?

I really would like to know this, cause my case at NVC is still AT NVC, and I am waiting for my interview, once I was told that when NVC is working on scheduling interview the status would change, but mine no...

You guys should really read the guide and department of state website, its not hard info to find, these should be read in general, its important to have a good understanding of the whole process.

Your embassy should provide information on the interview its VERY important that you read this, often its just a link to the department of state website, it'll have specific information about your embassy consulate.

In my letter I had links to visit.

So should we have received info on paying the green card fee when the interview was approved?

We don't have anything regarding that and when I checked the USCIS site it mentions we should have received numbers that we need to use to pay it.

 

Is it possible this comes with the visa package?

I was told after the interview that i should receive instructions via email how to pay the green card fees  in the next few weeks, and that i need to pay it before we move.

I got email today from the consulate that they send the passport via courier and i should receive it in 1-2 working days, hope it is in the package..

Ok, it would make sense that it's in the package cause it would be part of the info they're generating for the visa.

She's not moving till next month so we have some time, just want to make sure there's no delays, we know how everything is a waiting game around here.

I called and they said it was just printed yesterday and it usually takes 3 business days, they told us it might come Friday but try calling Saturday to see if its in the system.

So maybe I'll do that if I not see anymore changes in the last updated date, wouldn't get it till next week anyway since we left Juarez already.

Just logged into the portal and the tracking number is there!

 

They haven't picked it up so there's no estimated delivery date yet, I signed up for notifications.

 

It's hard to see its under status where it usually says DS-260 Check status, that's replacing with the tracking

Just got an update, DHL picked it up, it's scheduled for delivery tomorrow!

 

Wow this is so much faster than the whole CR1 process, so exciting!
