you can register through this site. http://www.ustraveldocs.com/sv_es/index.html and you have to do it before interview

The status changed to ISSUED right away, I'm hoping that's a good sign, I'll try calling by Friday to see if they have a tracking number.

There had been delays last month cause of a computer problem, hoping that's all gone.

you're in for a long wait my friend. my CC is 8th June 2017 and no interview date yet. I know people from May who are still waiting.
