Your case seems to be unique ... did you look at the spreadsheet on the 1st page ? Ppl in australia getting interviews within 2 months all last year 

 

You need to contact senator ans congressman ... 

 

Also fill your timeline and share your case details ? ... what does your status says ? At NVC ?

Dies it really follow an order/sequence or it has to do with each embassy it is liked?

I received my CC in 5th last December and already saw people who got their CCs after me with interview ok and mine is still no date for interview....

It depends on your country embassy. People having interview may belong to other countries
