They never give the same answer man. One said we could schedule online then next said we couldn't until the file was reviewed.. said they do this with every case and to just hang tight.. it's ridiculous. They all say different answers. Just don't wanna do medical and show up to interview with them saying we didn't say you could schedule interview.. I'll wait until Friday then call again. They should all have the same answer but dont. 

 

 

Our case status says ready and the date on it was updated Jan 22 again. Lady sais that means they're reviewing and will call us when done but it's Pakistan. Highly doubt they'll contact us.

They said they "understand" our situation though lol like that helps. My wife will have her kid before I can get there.. the whole point was to be by her side due to medical issues of the pregnancy.

In sha allah buddy.. I wouldn't care if it wasn't for our situation cause whats waiting another 2 months when we've waited a year for this process... but its tough on the wife.. even doctors sent letters stating its affecting her and baby... first child and I won't be there probably.. but god willing anything is possible. Just ready to see my wife and child..

 

In sha allah you get interview soon too. May allah make it easy on us all. Finish line is near!

2nd lady.. I asked her if my DS260 is showing on their system, she told me No, but it doesn’t mean they don’t have it and since i got a Confirmation for it then everything is fine ..It will be reviewed, it takes 11weeks to review the mail and I should wait patiently. 

I’m quite confused with NVC processing coz I’ve seen someone with same scan date of Dec 29 get cc on Jan 19 and mine isn’t even in the review yet. 

Give them 30days all will be well,also give them time to review your case

Guysssssss. I just checked the status and it says “At NVC”💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 I was in shock when i saw it because i didnt expect to see it, that i screamed 😂😂🙈🙈 I didn’t check the status everyday. I expected CC from tomorrow some day(tomorrow is my birthday , Jan 25th). God is good🙏🏻😌 What a bday gift. Glory to God❣️❤️😁 

Don’t lose faith guys. All December SD will have CC probably till end of this week.Stay strong💪🏻 I love you all !
