There has to be a way to complain!!! Based on what i've been told by them the intrviews are scheduling in order the cases were complited. After CC case gets "in the line" so if somebody got CC after you they can't be scheduled befor you. But i dont think there were no scheduling for Ausralia since July

Call them. seems like they send email about a week after scheduling interview. I just called to know they have scheduled my interview. CC date was Jan 10.

My husband called yesterday and they said my interview is not yet scheduled so the waiting continues😔,but a big congrats to you and everyone else who have gotten their appointments.

On my request, my case was expedited at NVC after I finished all the payments and completed DS-260 online. So NVC sent my case immediately to the Consulate for further processing, meaning, I did not send any document to NVC and thus, I didn't get CC at NVC.

You may view the spreadsheet Case Complete to Interview Spreadsheet for cases in your country to have an idea of how long it takes.

Ok @Binna thank you,I looked on the spreadsheet last week and persons from Jamaica seemed to be getting appointments two weeks after cc it's been three weeks for me so I don't know what's happening.

Yeah and based on all timelines Russians get intrviews within 2 month from CC. But I don't think it will happen to me. Now I hope at list for March. For me it looks like by some reason NVC got stuck at scheduling interviews  :mellow:

I had my interview 20 minutes ago, they didn't even look at the documents I bring. Asked me when did I get married, who was our cosponsor , and where does my husband lives.

The officer told me everything look good and said that my visa has been approved.

Congratulations!!! :jest::jest::jest:
