Quick question.. we sent the I-864 original to the NVC. So a copy of it should be fine to take for the interview?

question... does petitioner have NADRA birth certificate ? does it says late entry or normal entry in the bottom

Happy New Year everyone. My case was complete in July last year and i am still waiting for my interview in Australia. It has been 6 months now.

i actually just checked the spreadsheet and people in Australia getting interviews in 2 months... you should inquire

Yeah I have been contacting NVC every 2 weeks. All they say is that the case is awaiting to be scheduled for an interview...sadly its my sevenths month and in total it is 1,7 years. I tried writing to a consulate in Sydney but all they say is to contact NVC. It is kinda sad to wait so long...In my last email i asked to expedite my case...I am not too sure if it is possible but my priority date is 15th of june 2016...

hmmm... do you have a normal case ? US citizen filing for spouse ?

 

doesnt make sense .. you shouldnt be waiting for so long unless a visa is not available

 

maybe contact congressman and senator ??

I forgot the name of the place we went to, and I no longer have the paper with me with the address. But yes, we paid in the same office ...just different lines.
