I sent my package to NVC and requested for an expedite the same time, expedite was approved so i skipped all the SD CC and all the wait at NVC.

Case moved straight to the consulate who schadualed my interview.

Can an expedite be requested for after sending documents NVC ? Will it be effective since it wasn’t sent to with the doc? .. Thanks!

Yes and yes.

It took exactly 2 months from expedite was approved (took them less then a week to approve it from our request) till i had visa in my hand.

Alright Thanks.. I was asking these questions coz I’m an Ir2 and will be 18 years in less than 6 months.. That is if I can get to the US before my 18th birthday, I’ll become a citizen. And I’m quite scared of the time these processing will take..

I think with the above reason of my age almost out, I should be good to go for an expedite.

Thanks you so much for the enlightenment 👏🏻

I go beyond,  if calling NVC sometimes makes them be faster on scheduling the date of the interview? Wondering...

@dwheels76 thank you so much for putting the spreadsheet together. It helps immensely!!!!

I got a case complete at NVC for Dec 18. I am waiting for the Montreal consulate to schedule an interview. You can add me (Canada) to the spreadsheet if you like. I see another fellow Canadian got a CC Dec 27 who is also waiting.

I was so happy to be able to study the spreadsheet and get a feel of when to expect the interview. I know it's ball park but at this point trying to plan out my life is tough when everything revolves around that one day.

I've noticed no K1/CR1/IR1 interviews have been scheduled since before Christmas in Montreal.

I am ready to borrow your profile pic.

It's so hard when you can SEE the finish line!
