As I said I admit there are people out there who are very easily upset at anything positive about Trump, and are easily "triggered".

 

I just don't see them here. Is the point of the threads to just "trigger" people who don't actually read these forums, or do you actually think people who post here are getting emotional and upset over it?

 

If it's just about the wider population that's fine, just don't see how it's setting off anyone here which is what it seems intended to do. In that context it just comes off as a little desperate.

You may not have noticed, but quite a few ot the leftinistas are no longer around.  Many have left or been banned in the past year.

 

But that aside, you should have seen all the animosity towards the right for the previous 8 years.  The shoe was definitely on the other foot.

I ahvwnt noticed that many since the election leaving, but I'm probably not paying that much attention. I can think of a couple people who were right leaning who have left (or changed names/accounts) because I used to butt heads with them.

 

To me animosity is different than just repeated attempts to "trigger" people here when it clearly doesn't. As I said, triggering the general "leftist population" is one thing but I just don't see the people here getting particularly dramatic and upset, despite several people trying to force it. We'll talk about the issues, but I don't see the drama and emotion that I think the whole "triggering" business implies.

  The same posters were whining about Obama for the last 8 years.  Not much has changed here in that regard. Some people are here for discussion and some have other motives. The majority of poster's who have left this forum have done so voluntarily, not because they got "triggered". I would say any one who actually get's bothered by posts like these must really want to be triggered, because honestly,  you know what you are going to get when you open the thread.
