I am sure the person sis gets married to would love to know the real reason for the relationship.  Marriage only for a green card is fraud.

Yes, that was the advice.

No I never said marry someone for a green card I said go on dating sites and fall in love!!! As in you have a better chance of falling in love and gettinf married and just because you can focus on dating and finding a man to marry does not mean it's fraud.

Also everyone knows the easiest path to citizenship is falling in love!

I think the issue is you said to fall in love with a USC. When looking at somebody's citizenship status as part of the equation, it blurs the line (IMHO) between love and just seeking a personal benefit (which is where it would be fraud).

Edit: For reference, I've seen you on here long enough to know you weren't suggesting fraud. But to those who haven't seen as many of your posts or used the site as often as some of us veterans, they may not pick up on the nuance / difference.

If she is going to be looking all I think is being said make sure that person is a USC.

Mathematically that is most likely anyway.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
