Hi,

 

I am currently a F1 student with OPT. I am married with an American citizen and I am in the process of filing I-765 form (Application For Employment Authorization). 

I've read through the instructions but am not sure what eligibility category I belong to. Anyone who has successfully filed this form or has the knowledge of the form, please help! I am stuck here!

If you are filing the I-485 concurrently with the I-765 it is category C(9)
