I should have been more specific, I already read the instructions and with what I read, I understand that if my case applies to this form, I have a doubt in part 4 of the interpreter, my son does not speak English, so I have to fill that part with my information ? I am the petitioner, my son is 7 years old, he is out of the USA, the I-130 form has just been approved

El formulario es su formulario ... parte de los requisitos del solicitante para la solicitud. 

 

Si está llenando el formulario usted mismo, no está usando un tercero para hacerlo ....... pone n / a para la sección relacionada con el preparador. Tu hijo no necesita hacer nada sobre este formulario ... ¡todo tuyo!

 

Vuelva a leer las instrucciones, mire de nuevo las instrucciones ... tendrá una sección titulada EVIDENCIA ... esto le indicará lo que necesita enviar ... Transcripción de impuestos para 2016, comprobante de ingresos de 2017, etc ... 

 

Sigue leyendo y luego pregunta más preguntas ... ¡llegarás allí!

Someone told me that I should send the i864 and the i864w form that is true? if it is then my husband must be my joint sponsor (I do not have anyone else :() but I can send only one year's documentation because the previous years we did not complete the amount, please help me !!!
