:help: I am new to the site and well, we need all the help we can get!!! I just got back from Pakistan and need to start filling out our forms. We have our G-325's they are filled out, and we have our I-130, but it is not completely done. What needs to be sent in with them and I have the fee as $$ 190 bucks. Is this correct? I have copies of our marriage certificate from Karachi, my birth certificate and so is there anything else that I need to do before, I send it in next week? I just want to make sure we have all our ducks in a row, so that we don't have to back trAck or have the file sent back to me for something that I may have left out. All advice and help will be greatly aprreciated!!!! :help:

thanks

Marilyn,

This thread was in the IR1/CR1 forum, until it was moved here. (It was originally posted in the AOS forum, which is the basis for Dr_LHA's post.)

Some people don't seem to realize that the K3 visa is not 'the' spousal visa - it is a quite recently created option.

Yodrak

the OP didn't mention anything about a K3 this thread should be in the CR1 forum, shouldn't it??

Also, you may need to include some proof of bona-fide marriage.

It should be listed from I-130 instructions.

Such as joint-lease document, joint back account, and/or affidavit of marriage, etc....
