Hi Ladygaga24,

Good day,  the long processing of your papers might be because of the previous holidays.   We suggest keep on getting in touch with them and follow up.

Our Family

What docs did you pass? Have you been married for a long time?

Hi joanamber,

A joyful 2018.   Are you specifically asking for us?  If yes, we are glad to generously share our experience.  First about our marriage tenure, its not much of a big weight if married for short or long time as long as the petitioner and applicant established and provided a black and white lawful proof of their marriage.

If you are seeking to know the requirements in petitioning a spouse using the I-130 Form and file it through Direct Consular Filing (DCF) in USCIS, US EMBASSY MANILA, PHILIPPINES.

Of course completely signed I-130 Form

PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP OF THE PETITIONER TO THE APPLICANTS OR FOR SPOUSE:

1. Marriage Certificate (NSO/PSA Validated copy or if marriage takes place abroad original copy of your MC)

2. Birth Certificate of Spouse/ Applicant

3. Birth Certificate of Children (if any)

4. Photos together/ family

5. Travel Tickets together

6. Joint Accounts or Proof of Joint Finances or Business together (if any)

but the proof are not limited to what mentioned above

PROOF OF PETITIONER'S CONTINUOUS 6 MONTHS STAY OR MORE IN THE PHILIPPINES

1. I-CARD from the Philippine Immigration (at the back of it, the petitioner's address /residency are printed)

2. Lease of Contract/Tenancy

3. Valid Philippines Utilities/ Bills named after the Petitioner such as Phone, Electricity and even Credit Card or insurances

4. Drivers License in the Philippines (if any)

5. Certificate from Local Government or mayor's Certification that the Petitioner are residing in the Philippines for a valid period of time and pinted the address

We only used 1, 2 and 5  but the proof are not limited to what mentioned above

PROOF OF US CITIZENSHIP OF THE PETITIONER

1. US valid Passport

2. SSI ID/ Card or US Social Security Number

3. Bank Statement of Accounts (copy and active bank account)

4. US Drivers License (if any)

5. USA Insurance Statement (if any)

6. Business License in the USA (if any)

7.  US Birth Certificate

8. Proof of College/University Online Student Record (for the current School Year)

We only used 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8

but the proof are not limited to what mentioned above

We attached here the specific list of documents (MPH - I-130 Petitions filing in Manila.pdf  ) needed in Filing the I-130 through DCF as provided by USCIS, US EMBASSY MANILA, PHILIPPINES.  Let us know if this helps.  God bless. :)

Thank you so much! I have watched your video and it's a big help for all of us looking for some advice. Once the I-130 got approved, what documents should I prepare for the interview? Again, thanks!
