Hi, my name is Janjira. Me and my husband has been married 11 years. I live in hawaii since 2007 and I am a us citizen since 2012. I apply tourist visa B2 for my mom to come visit and she get denied the third time now. First time I applied for both my mom and my sister to come visit for two weeks. I applied as I am a sponsor for both. They both get denied! Second time I applied for both my mom and my sister again and my husband is sponcer this time. They both get denied again and some officer mentioned to my mom the second time that I forget to put my mom last name before she married. So, I applied again just for my mom the third time and double check everything to make sure we fill ds- 160 correct and she get denied again.

My mom is a house wife. My dad is a hard working man. They both still alive and live in thailand. And the other two of my sisters still live in thailand and not yet marry. They are 28 and 23 years old. Anyone please please advice if any changes if I should apply the visa for my mom again? I just need her to come visit me and see how my life in hawaii in past 11 years. My husband is part owner of tour boat business and be an owner for construction company in hawaii for over 30 years. I am also own the business. I am an artist and create Hawaiian heirloom jewelry. If anyone have opinions and advice could you please share. English is my second language I may not write perfect English but would be so grateful if anyone can advices. Much appreciate your help and kindness. Janjira

You cannot sponsor someone for a tourist visa.  They must qualify on their own merits and prove they will return home.  Your mother and sisters do not have strong ties to thailand. They likely will continue to be denied tourist visas.  Im sorry.

There is not much you can do. The visitor visa is not about YOU and the support you can provide for your family. It is about THEM.

If they don't have strong ties to their country, it will continue to be hard for them to get a visa. You can't change that.

Probably best for you to go and see them.

No sponsoring a tourist visa.

The numbers game (applying many times hoping for a success) doesn't always work.

In fact it makes them look desperate to get here.
