Is anyone processing an IR-1 Visa in Tegucigalpa? If So, how are the processing times working at the Embassy for the Interview.  I'm a little concern with everything that is going on with the Government in Honduras.  Is this delaying the process?

My husband had his interview on october 20, 2017 his visa got approved, but a week after his case when under Administrative Processing, it takes 60 days and he still at honduras waiting.

I don't understand, your husband was approved, but his case is still being processed?

We were approved in August, and got the visa in three days.  Leading up to his trip out, as we waited four months to use the visa, we had communications with the Embassy and they seemed to be working normally.  This was the first week of December.   The Honduran government isn't a party to the processing, so I don't think you should anticipate delays as long as the delivery service can function.

Hi Ankari, any updates on your case? My husband and I unfortunately have found ourselves in a very similar situation. Hoping to learn from your experience. Thanks!

Hi. Today is january 30 and they called me from us embassy asking about my home address, and they also called my husband and asked him the same thing. An hour later they called him again and told him he has to go to another interview on february 7. And thats about it.
