FORM I-765 AND VISA

HELLO YOU ALL!!! I HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP

 

My fiancé is finally with meeee!!!! and we are getting married but I want to surprise him if possible. I want to know if there's a way I can get a visa for his mom so she can come to the wedding????

 

Also the form to get the work permit 765..... I shall file for it??? or can he just wait until he gets his green card???

You cannot get a visa for his mom, she must get it on her own

 

Getting EAD ot waiting for GC is a personal decision.  Just understand he cannot work until he has one or the other.

we tried for tourist visa for my husband's mom after him here for over 2 years / denied as her apartment is in my huband's name 

she needs an income, property and good reasons to return to Morocco

do a good video for her 

not to discourage you / it is only $160 to apply
