Yes Hank I did. I will be super surprised if I get a RFE, they are 3 minor concerns..

I wasn't 100% sure on my father's birthday.

I had to give them two money orders totalling 535 instead of one.

My passport photo had a slight off-white at the very top.

Other than that, I triple checked everything. Feeling excited. We shall know hopefully before July 4th

Even if you get an RFE is is no big deal, normally within 2 weeks after you return the requested docs it is all done .. except for the celebrating!

I think the wait time is back close to 5 months again.   Ah... the thrill of getting that email/text .. then finally the actual 797

Hank, where are you finding that information out?  5 months? Right now they are processing packages that were mailed mid June

Folks come on here and post their times.  I don't watch the USCIS timeline thing .. too inaccurate.

Not too many months back Philippine visa apps were being processed in 90 days or less...     But then that ended.   It was 158 days when we were at that stage some years back,  then USCIS was posting 6 months.

All you can do is be patient ..  and wait ... no one can really say how long ...

No RFEs.  I'm a June 6 filer and they have approved people as late as June 30.  For some reason there are 130 June 6 virgins that seem to be ignored.

Yep.  I just got back from there and I was tempted...I've waited almost 7 months so far for NOA2, I really cant justify starting all over.

I was just scanning thru this. I got a buddy got his Noa 1 around the 1st of Aug. He lives in Ga, but it went to CSC. Is it really taking 7 months now? Mine was 4.5 months NOA 1 to arrival here in the US, but that was 2011.

Things re really stretching out at USCIS ... in all areas.  AOS is a bout 3 times as long as it was, ROC is about 3 times as long as well..     Be prepared for serious waiting if this continues longer term.

It now takes 6 to 8 weeks for USCIS to send the files to NVC after approval...not 6 to 8 weeks for NVC processing, 6 to 8 weeks just for USCIS to send the files!  It is mind blowing.

That is crazy.  (I remember when)     It took 2 weeks for the file to reach NVC after you got the NOA2 .. then maybe 2 more weeks for NVC to send it to USEM.

At least now ...  once you get your MNL # you can ROCK n ROLL!!
