Vaccinations are provided as needed at St. Luke's during the medical.   

 

You can complete the medical within a couple of days of the interview.

DS-160 for the fiancee visa.  There are links to EVERYTHING in the link I provided, and it is in my signature below also.

 

Yes, after you create the profile on USTRAVELDOCS and pay the visa fee at BPI you will be able to schedule the interview.  You do not have to continually watch for cancellation, the interview calendar is not that crowded (which you will find once you can access it)

They file thru USCIS just like you do a K1

 

They don't have to do an interview and from what I have read it is common to submit false information. I believe they grant you Work Authorization and Advance Parole, maybe a combo card.

Well I mailed my package off today after 20 days of putting it together and triple checking all the T's and I's we did it. Now it's a waiting game...I work in the summer so I am hoping we'll have the visa in hand before halloween.

DACA  (fixxor'd the oops)   is sooooo wrong in so many ways.    Do it the legal way... right out of the GATE!
