Update Passport

Hey everyone,

I plan to take a trip to see my family in March but I realized my passport expires in March and I M not sure where in Dallas I need to go?

is there any Canadians in Dallas that had to update the passport and no where to update it?

Is it even possible to do it in the USA ?

I'm not living in Dallas but if you go to the Dallas website it says
