Mine is next week on 1/25 at the same place.  So I understand judicial oath is also applicable for naturalizing people that don't have Name-Change.

Great news, congrats to you as well. Yes, quite few attendees were without name change, it should be just coincidence. 

 

I forgot to mention something quite important; if your friends/family members are from overseas (i.e no state id/driver license), the security at the first floor will be a big problem. They want to see the passport's of the all foreigners, I was in the line, witnessed to all shouting, yelling, they made it a very big big deal, and to be honest, they were extremely rude to those people.
