Hello, my husband died 1 year ago after been married with him for 10 years. I have a permanent resident card for 10 years and will expired in 2020.  While my husband was alive, we never fill up for citizenship for multiple reasons. Now, I want to complete my citizenship, but I do not know if been a widow will affect my petition or my renewal of green card.

Can you please share your experience or advice?

Firstly, sorry to hear about your husband's passing.

You'll be able to file based on being a permanent resident for more than 5 years.

Google form N-400 and read the instructions.

We removed the conditions on my Permanent Resident card after the 2 years, then I got my 10 years resident card. Do I need to notify immigration services about the death of my husband? Do I need to do something about this?

I am sorry for your loss. No you don’t need to inform USCIS about his demise. Go ahead and read through the form and give the appropriate information about him where required. You are eligible on the basis of being a PR for more than 5 yrs (regardless of how you got it) and not on the basis of marriage which would have been required if your filed after 3 years. Good luck.

I am  so very sorry for your loss.

Your situation is very similar to mine.  I have been a PR since 2006.

My husband also passed away last year and I also put off applying for citizenship, it was something my husband wanted me to do .

I finally applied in October of this year and I am now waiting.

I applied online and attached along with other documents, a copy of my marriage certificate and my Husbands death certificate.

I have had my biometrics done and I am now waiting.

You asked about how to complete the questions about your husband.  You should complete the section about prior marriages and when it asks about how the marriage ended you mark the box death.  It was emotional to do that but unfortunately had to be done.

You should apply when you feel ready.

God bless you.
