I got this today after my interview 

Any help or advice guys ?

What does the 221g say? Were you missing any required documents? How did the interview go?

221gs are given for a variety of reasons.......the most common are missing documents or administrative processing.

 

1.  Missing documents-  send them what they ask for..

2.  Administrative processing- All cases undergo A/P.  There is no time limit.  It could be hours, days, weeks, or months.  There isn't anything you can do except wait, unfortunately. This very common in some countries such as Morocco.

Uh oh........  What happened during the interview?  

 

 

"When a consular officer returns an immigrant visa petition to USCIS for reconsideration and possible revocation, he or she will typically deny the visa application on the basis of INA section 221(g) (temporary refusal of immigrant visa), pending USCIS review of the returned petition."

In 6 months or so you will get notice that it is dead.

They didn't like something.  Typically, these refused ones go back,and they expire.......

Co sponsor has nothing to do with this. They just dont believe you have a bona fide relationship. And what is normal? Apparently it didnt go so well if they gave you that letter. Most people from your country will say forget about the k1. Get married and file for cr-1, and have plenty of facetime. But of course that is all up to you

As others have said, when the case is returned to USCIS, it is left to expire. I would recommend getting married and filling the CR1 visa. How many visits have you made? Is there a large age difference between you both? Face time is extremely important to the Casablanca consulate.

She visited me 2 times 10 years of different

Do u think I have to go to the CR1 from Now Like maybe next mounth?
