Case number not received yet

Hi guys

I'm a May filer

My case has been approved on the 1rst on November 2017. But since we have called the NVC but they said they have not received our case.

The USCIS mail us the NOA on the 6th of November 2017

Please need to understand I'm so sad it is taking too long

My NOA2 is dated November 1st, and I got my case number exactly after 7 weeks. Its very possible you can get your case number in next 1-2 weeks (holidays in beetween). Atm it seems minimal waiting time for NVC receive is around 6 weeks + up to 2 weeks for scanning and importing the case to their system.

 

It's taking longer then in the past, but don't worry - all K-1 peitioners are going through the same problem right now.

Trust me I know it well! And most of us thought that NVC stage will be fast and easy after USCIS waiting game.

I would try to call them Thusrday/Friday GL!

Get in line. We’re all waiting a long time. Check the NVC thread on the K1 forum.
