Everyone is giving good advice but no one is saying

You are more than likely not going to be  approved for a K1 if you apply (for all of the reasons listed above)

Bad family situation

HOw would she do medical exam?

Money Issue for her?

Thank you all for the help.

Just to clarify things - yes, we know each other in person, I lived in her country for a long time and she's even met my parents.

I will be turning 18 in December 2018. She will be turning 18 in April 2018. If leaving early is an issue we're fine with her leaving as soon as she turns 18.

I think you've missed the most important points.

Money? Work? What will you eat?

Spending 90 days here and then 6 months in Canada is not advisable. The VWP is for occasional visits. Not for living here in 90-day installments. Very likely she will not be re-admitted.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!

With all due respect to everyone here (and I really mean that), I'd urge you not to pass judgment on this couple, and the OP in general, due to age. I'm sure we have all done things in our past that others would find questionable. My sister and her husband started dating at age 14, and are still going strong 19 years later. Meanwhile, I have seen relationships fail despite those involved being 50+ years old. Age is not indicative of a relationship's potential for success.

OP, I would recommend waiting to file until you are both 18. Your partner's family situation may be poor, but sponsoring an underage romantic partner -- even if you are very close in age -- may not bode well for your petition.

You will need to get some details straight prior to filing. For example, you will need to quantify how finances are 'not an issue' and determine if your parents, or someone else, will be offering financial support. If so, they should be prepared to declare their financial commitment formally and participate in immigration proceedings.

If finances are truly not a big issue for you, have you and your partner looked in to a student visa? I'm not sure where you live in NY, but perhaps your partner could attend SUNY, or something similar, on a student visa while you get things straightened away and, if needed, better establish your relationship.

Will she be turning 18 in Real World Years or Korean Years?  This does matter.. You cannot marry a 17 year old.  Korean's age starts a 1, not 0, like western worlds.  You likely know this already but it is worth mentioning.  Additionally your plan to reset the ESTA / VWP counter is very risky.  Even if you do find a loophole on the reset-time, your fiance will have to prove that they are not an immigration risk when returning so soon after just bouncing to Canada.  It is very likely (especially for someone so young, with no ties to their country, and a fiance in America) that CBP will reject her entry into the country.

Good luck.

You are missing some important points:

Your plans are not practical at best, and can easily result in her being denied entry to the US and/or banned from future entry.
