Your attorney will give you better advice than you'll get here. If you don't have an attorney you need to get a really good one quickly. Good luck

You need to post in the main VAWA thread located here-

Read through that thread as well as the previous VAWA threads for info and answers to your question. Do you have an attny? VAWA can be done on your own but you need to be informed about the process and you clearly are not.

Yes, I got attorney but I want to check here before to go to his appointment and verify what he is gonna suggest to do next. I'd like to know more on RFE which one I just got, how it is better to answer. I thought that I gathered all proofs but USCIS says that it is all general.

I don't know I fell in love, we got married  (pics, photos), affidavits from friends and family member. All I know he just intended to distress and humiliate me, control me and etc. Never physically touched but he mentally and verbally abused me. No police report bcs fear of him, of his deportation and hesitancy to go to police. I just left him with a little evidence in my hand. Even we opened bank account we never used it bcs he didn't want. He was control of everything. I got prima face and also it was extended, also I got my Employment card. After 14 month I got RFE. I need to answer for RFE and don't know how. I know my attorney will suggest something but I don't know will be he right? Wanna know here may be somebody had the same situation and got this RFE in 6 pages long like me.

Hi guys!

My RFE is required a psychological evaluation. I just wanna know do I have to go to therapy/counseling  sessions or it is similar to Mental Health Center where I am attending now? Is it enough to see practitioner from this office?
