Hi folks,

i am kind of at a loss of how and if this is gonna work.

My wife and i are getting divorced but have not started any of the paperwork yet. My current conditional I-551 expires in april 2018. reading the guides the divorce should not be an issue even if we don't get the paperwork done before filing for removal of conditions but with that divorce comes another problem. The company i work for moved my office to another city and i don't have a place there yet - i travel a lot for work so it's hard to look for places. Right now i am homeless(no permanent place to stay other than hotels) and will get a UPS mailbox until i find a place to call my own. Now for the question - Do i need to find a place before filing the removal of condition or does a UPS Box work? i will be checking it weekly and all my mail will go there. Also, does anyone know how it would work with a drivers license with a mailbox address?

the UPS box will give me a full street address.

Thank you in advance,

Stefan
