If they requested you submit additional evidence then your case was not sent back to NVC.  Submit what was asked for and see what happens next.  Be aware, that having explanations for WHY something didn't happen is not generally going to make a difference in the outcome.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Hi everyone I need your help I had interview  April at islamabad  in October on ceac case status showed returned to nvc here are some points which I want to share with you

1- we did court marriage

2- tradition marriages are the most important here in our culture court marriage not think good

3- my family was not included in our marriage because of some reason now they are fully supported

4- my wife is 10 years older then me

5- pics was very limited and ordinary because she also got sick while here

Well went for interview first question ask about where is real wedding pics then start better and in the end counseler officer gave me 221g with hilights to submit tax returns, tax transript, w2 of wife one w2 she not got from her boss because he not gave him I submitted all docs but did not submitted one w2 which was miss so please advise

Why given 221g and asked about tax and w2 or given because lack of traditional marriage and not enough pics

We are waiting for NOIR/NOID they probably ask for more evidence or denied our case and then we have to do again all fees etc or before we get NOIR/NOID we have to fix and will go for traditional marriage a lots of pics with family and friends and lots of pics of ours and what we have to do and 221g is cause of lack of traditional marriage or because of tax w2 they wants thank all in advance for any help

The fact that you had a court marriage and age difference can't be changed.  Make sure you have more FaceTime and get more pics while you wait.  Once you get your letter from USCIS then you can proceed you need to wait first to see what they require.  It could just be because you never submitted the required documents.

Islamabad is unpredictable my husband and I had a small wedding in his home and lots of pics we continued to celebrate with family for days after but none of that mattered much to them.  We have red flags too (both divorced and married on first visit) and I tried my best to over compensate for them but I'm sure yet what the outcome will be on our case.  At this point we are in AP.

Just try not to figure it out best to be patient and wait to hear from USCIS.  Good luck!

Assaalam o Alaikum

your wife can write to IRS asking for the documents of W2 they archived up to 10 years that kind of documents she only need provide the information they required. About pics of wedding see on mobile if you or her have and make it printout and keep faith. May ALLAH all this process make easy for both and please trust each other I know this is not easily but trust in ALLAHand each other is the best way for your blessing Ameen

Hi everyone thank you so much for you advise in advance

Well I had interview at islamabad embassy in April 2017,

I had very limited pics of us most likely b/w 10-15 pics at time of interview with me because my wife got sick while here in hot summer.

We did court marriage where my family did not attended and court marriage not understood well here and not see with good eyes but after understanding my family is fully supporting and wants a tradition marriage ceremony

My wife is older then me ten years

When interview starts co ask about the real pics of marriage where I told we did court marriage my interview overall not went well but Co give some positive remarks and answer everything honest

Well in the end co gave me 221g letter where on letter checklist hilights send W2 tax transript tax returns but I did not send one w2 which was missing rest docs after six months it went administrative process and after six months ceac us showed refused and returned back to nvc  plesse advise me and help me that on 221g check list it said send W2 and tax return which one w2 was missing i did not send Co did not check on 221g letter lack of relationships evidence my question is that

Case returned nvc  after six months administration process because of lack of relationships evidence and proof because we had few pics and court marriage or it w2 and tax return which requested to send on 221g letter thank you all

I am trying to understand.  At the interview, they asked for additional tax information, but you failed to send in all the requested information?  Maybe others can help, but I think once the package is returned to NVC you and your wife may need to start again.

Good Luck!

You've posted the same question 4 other times now. Everyone told you to have her spend more time, get the missing papers and let your case be reaffirmed. Are you expecting a different answer the 5th time you ask the same question?
