If your case gets denied then yes, you can re-apply.  YOu'd have to pay fes again, and wait again. That being said, it sounds like you got asked for very specific documents that are easy for a US citizen to get, and should have been included before, so if that is the only issue in your case, I doubt you will be denied.

If you do get denied, I would strongly recommend waiting to re-apply until the issue that caused the denial is sorted out.

I told you before that you did not get any NOID/NOIR. You only needs to submit what's required and if your wife dont have W2 you can type a letter of explanation regarding your wife's W2 and why she don't have W2 and that's it.

I think you are confusing your case with other cases that you have read in here about NOIR/NOID.  NOID means Notice of Intent to Deny and NOIR means Notice of Intent to Revoke and you are telling us that Embassy wants a tax return transcript and W2 so how did you get a NOIR/NOIR letter? I dont understand it.

So you are not happy that they did not ask you for more evidence? I am confused man if Consular Officer is satisfied with your relationship and ask you to send the required documents then whats the problem? Just send the W2 and tax transcript and it will be done.

Well that's confusing because tax and W2 cases does not go back to NVC, Are you sure that's what Officer said to you? you should contact Embassy right away and tell them that Consular asked you to send W2 then why out case sent back to NVC and they will tell you what to do. cause these type of cases does not go to NVC unless they get suspicious about relationships and send cases back to USCIS. You should contact the Embassy ASAP.

Hi everyone I need your help I had interview  April at islamabad  in October on ceac case status showed returned to nvc here are some points which I want to share with you

1- we did court marriage

2- tradition marriages are the most important here in our culture court marriage not think good

3- my family was not included in our marriage because of some reason now they are fully supported

4- my wife is 10 years older then me

5- pics was very limited and ordinary because she also got sick while here

Well went for interview first question ask about where is real wedding pics then start better and in the end counseler officer gave me 221g with hilights to submit tax returns, tax transript, w2 of wife one w2 she not got from her boss because he not gave him I submitted all docs but did not submitted one w2 which was miss so please advise

Why given 221g and asked about tax and w2 or given because lack of traditional marriage and not enough pics

We are waiting for NOIR/NOID they probably ask for more evidence or denied our case and then we have to do again all fees etc or before we get NOIR/NOID we have to fix and will go for traditional marriage a lots of pics with family and friends and lots of pics of ours and what we have to do and 221g is cause of lack of traditional marriage or because of tax w2 they wants thank all in advance for any help

If the 221g asked for tax info then that's what was missing. You didn't submit the W2 that they asked for so they can't issue you a visa because you didn't send in the required documents. If the case was sent back to NVC they will send you something saying exactly why so you just have to wait on that.
