IR-2 visa interview for minor at new delhi usa embassy

Hello everyone,

 

my kid have immigrant visa interview under IR -2 visa category for step child of USA citizen. I have written statement from her biological mother that she have no objection to give me her sole and full child custody but I don't have child custody paper by court (we applied already but we will be getting this after my immigration interview and I guess that's the main document interview people wants to see).

what should I have to do in this situation, do I need to reschedule the embassy interview or I can explain this or submit this document later???????

 

please help  ??
