I know there is always a lot going on in the world, but there seems to be a lot of people from the Phillipines or engaged to a Filipino fiancé or fiancée on here.  Between floods, mudslides, the mall fire, etc, I hope your loved ones are safe.  I think a ferry capsized there too, but that may have been somewhere else.  May all of you and your loved ones be safe and content and be united soon.  And may all of us from all countries have a safe and happy New Year and future.  Best wishes and love.

My wife's family is in Mindanao and they got flooded pretty bad in the town of Cagayan de Oro, luckily all of her family is safe! I feel bad for the many families that had to endure getting forced out of their homes or losing someone from the typhoon, and all around Christmas. Filipinos always find the good in everything and will always endure.

CDO got hit pretty hard from what I heard.  Knew one Fil Am couple there woke up to 4 feet of water in the property

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.
