Very little to ask, presumably your Sister has thought through the consequences of bringing her parents to the US, does not sound that there job opportunities will be that good. BiL is taking on a  major financial commitment.

As long as it is clear she is their daughter (birth certs, some photos) there won't be many questions. However, there may be printed directions to follow within the embassy, so if thy cannot read at all, I'd recommend making sure you and sister rad the embassy reviews here and the embassy website and prepare the parents as best you can.

A big thing will be that they need to prove they will not become a public charge- this can go over and above the normal I-864.  Especially with older beneficiaries,  the CO may ask for proof they will be covered with health insurance (which is expensive for older people!) , and even more so in your case as illiterate older people are unlikely to find a job with health insurance.

To add to the above, I am going to assume (perhaps incorrectly) that if they are illiterate, they probably don’t speak English either. Older people don’t always easily learn new things. Are you and your sister comfortable that they will be able to learn English well enough to naturalize in due course? The financial and other implications for all involved if they are not able to naturalize, especially if public charge issues arise while they are still only green card holders (possibly due to usual age-related medical costs) could be serious.
