Received case and invoice numbers: 9/12/2017

Choice of Agent DS-261: 9/12/2017

Welcome Letter: 9/15/2017

Received and Paid AOS: 9/15/2017    AOS payment cleared my bank: 9/19/2017 (still shows In Process on CEAC)

Interview Scheduled: Jan 2nd - I managed to get someones canceled appointment the very same day my case status turned to Ready.

Biometrics: Mexico City Dec 27th Medical: Mexico City Dec 28th

Case says READY but consulate says case is not in system, I jumped the gun and booked an interview but they say its invalid until I receive the letter so I might have to cancel it.

Appointment Letter: Flew to Juarez just to get this, its actually 2 letters you need.

Interview Day: Jan 2nd   Interview Result: APPROVED

Tracking Number Received: Via email notice and website the afternoon of Jan 4th    Visa Delivered: Friday Jan 5th Mexico City

USCIS Notice - Green Card mailed: 3/28/18

Have you met her? If not, please be very careful about scams on the internet, especially with a person that you have never met in person . Are you the US citizen/ Permanent Residence by the way?

I talked to her on video messenger video messenger several times just like you talking to her in person

Well, immigration will not accept only that.  You must have physically met each other within the past 2 years for a fiancé visa.   Or you have to physically meet to get married in her country for a spousal visa.  Either way, you have to physically meet.  So what is your question here?

Unfortunately, that doesn't count.

You guys have to meet in person. That's one of the requirements should you decide to go the K1 route.

This is going to be harsh but -

 

Dude, sure you and a bunch of other guys are in love - based on her Facebook page. Also there are selfies of her and a guy laid down and some with the kids, but in some of the photos she looks super young.

 

Plus you have three Facebook profiles friends with her which is interesting. 

 

If you are interested in dating girls from the phillipines don’t find them on Facebook by looking at any girls who accept your friend requests. Find out a Philippines group, usually through some local churches, get to know them, ask the husbands how they met their wives, ask the wives to introduce you to some of their friends or family and see if you hit it off with any of them you may luck out and fall for someone who is already here and doesn't need to go through the immigration circus Or if this is truly the one introduce them on skype or video chat to the Filipinas you meet in the local group they will give you an honest opinion.
