Petition I_130 expedite request,want urgent heLp

Hy,

I am a U.S citizen and applied petition I130 for my overseas spouse and under 21 unmarried son.

P.D 10 Oct 2017

Texas service center

They both are in Pakistan.

As both fall under the immediate relative category.Since now 74 days have been passed,and now i want to know can i expedite their petitions on security reasons.As the current security conditions of Pakistan are not well.

What should be the procedure for me to do expedite request as i am currently in New york.

Or should i wait for the simple process for these petitions,what would be their processing time?

You can't do that. A lot of countries has security issues and everyone would want to expedite their cases and it doesn't work like that. USCIS has a criteria and it says that.  USCIS may expedite a petition or application if it meets one or more of the following criteria:

• Severe financial loss to company or person;
• Emergency situation;
• Humanitarian reasons;
• Nonprofit organization whose request is in furtherance of the cultural and social interests of the United States;
• Department of Defense or national interest situation (These particular expedite requests must come from an official U.S. government entity and state that delay will be detrimental to the government.);
• USCIS error; or
• Compelling interest of USCIS.
