Hi,

Myself (USC) and my hubby (UKC) have just filed for our two sons born in the UK for a Consular Report of Birth Abroad. It seems that it's fine for our oldest but as we were married at time of our youngests birth and I don't meet the required physical presence in the US, he won't qualify.
