   He was a decent reality TV star, I'll give him that. Folks who thought "community organizer" wasn't adequate job experience for a president should probably be able to come to grips with the fact that reality TV star isn't either. He still has the worst approval rating of any president at this point in their presidency and for the most part deservedly so. Hopefully he pulls it together for the second year. To have a 35% approval rating in a booming economy like this really shows how dismal he has otherwise been.

You do realize that the presidential approval rating is a function of the press coverage.  If the media is decidedly bias against Trump, then that needs to be factored into the poll numbers.

I don't need a reporter to see what a train wreck of a leader this guy is. His own words on the campaign trail and before are enough to show how amoral, emotionally delayed and self centered he is. No doubt there are those who have drank the koolaid because he itches some scratch that they have and anything short of watching him strangle a kitten on live television will not change their view. 

 

If he is impeached, resigns, is not reelected or dies in one of his golf courses of a heart attack brought on by a KFC binge it will be the fault of the media and Democrats who could not get behind him.

Sure, the media plays no roll in how people think?  In a lot a ways, I think this is what has got the Left Wing media’s panties in a bunch, for some reason nothing they say seems to have any effect on Trump, and unlike most other GOP politicians, Trump fights back.

 You always say stuff like that. Maybe the media you watch has similarly convinced you that all this winning exists then, or that Trump is doing great? "Tired of winning" is a nice slogan, but like most things Trump, it would be more convincing if there was something tangible behind it. Anyway, as long as you believe it.

I am not sure what you are arguing here; Are Trump's low poll ratings due to "Left Wing" media relentless attacks or are they relentlesly attacking out of frustration that their attacks don't work?

Quite honestly I don’t care what Trump’s numbers are as long as he keeps doing what he is doing.  My point was that opinion polls are based on what people think and what many people think is partly the result of what they hear reported.  Whether the leftist media is doing it out hatred for Trump, or because they are trying to flex their muscle with respect to shaping people’s political opinions is immaterial.

When you eliminate your opononents voices with imprisonment, intimidation and assassination AND you have shut down examination of your actions in the press, you can achieve high poll ratings as well.
