My rfe letter came after 14 day and 2 day was catcching evidence after 5 day back to usa then 2 day taking usa priorty mail to uscis next day i got i got respose was received

Thanks sir but my RFE is in I 130 I sponsor spouse from foreign so in how many working days I receive it and what about your RFE it's difficult or USCIS request difficulties things or easy things

Mine one need evdience about late birth registration ceritificate. My certificate was made in 2009 they wanna see old eviden ce like early school record they give me two option if dnt ve any proof then send 2 affidavit who were present on my birth time so i send them affidavit with some old record . My also same spouse i130 form

My husband is Pakistani I sponsor him but he made his birth certificate in 2017 may be this issue or I am refugee but I have US passport and nutirion certificate but no birth certificate may be this issue what you think sir thanks for your reply and help

I m sure they ill ask u ur old evidence those proof where ur mother and father name with u and showing the ur birth date as u submit i m also beneficial and my wife also u citizen they also ask our both evudence cos her birth made late also dnt wry let see what they ask . I m also from india and u can make ur timeline
