You should hopefully hear from the embassy in less than a month going by the experience of another VJ member who got approved last month. Also according to her experience, you will be asked to do another medicals, a new police report and then the interview.......

Yes you can show that as a proof that if your waiver is approved you can help your spouse with his financial situation........ But keep in mind you have to make sure you provide all requested for the RFE ......... And show strong financial hardship and any other hardship your spouse is going through too.

Not sure about that but i guess the medical facility will advice on what the process is because they would have received info from the embassy on what to do as per medicals for each applicant.

Hi Franco, its been 11 days now I since my waiver approval and I haven't hear anything from the embassy. U think I will be hearing from them this week coming? 2ndly how would they contact me my dhl r email?

They will send out info when they are ready for your case at the embassy, you have to be patient the worse is over which is the waiver. Not sure how they will send the response but you will get one when they are ready for you...... You have waited this long so don't stress it because it will be over soon.

Tried that twice with two separate congressmen still nothing happened but it did help some people though so you can try.
