1-Are you a graduate of a foreign medical school seeking to perform medical services in the United States but have not yet passed the National Board of Medical Examiners examination or its equivalent?
 
 
3-Do you seek to enter the United States for the purpose of performing skilled or unskilled labor but have not yet been certified by the Secretary of Labor?
 
Iam A pharmacist and I intend to work as pharmacist in the usa .is it ok to answer No for the last three questions.If I answered yes it means I will explain while I still can’t prove or apply for equivalence or these organisations while Iam not in the USA.and

You should answer truthfully. Do you plan to work without first being licensed or accredited? Answer yes or no depending on your circumstances.

Now a US citizen!

If you’re DV, it doesn’t matter as you don’t need labor certification for your visa. Answer yes if you intend to practice. If the interviewer asks tell him whatever will be the case, either you will get the required license when you move, or you will practice in whatever capacity in your field you are able to without a license. Etc.
